How to import file to bluestack

Yesterday I had show you 3 android emulator that you can try it in your PC or macOS like Nox Player, Bluestack and Andy as android emulator. When I try it, how come if there is a file in our windows or macOS and we want to access it in Bluestack? This question come to my mind. For exampe if I download application .apk from another source except PlayStore and I want to install it like I do in my android smartphone. The answer is yes, you can.

I have answer for this question, how? We have to install ES File Explorer that we can install from amdroid PlayStore. The step that I want to explain to you is simple step so I am sure that you can follow it easily. You can do it while you use another operating system except Windows like macOS.

Import file to bluestack from Windows or macOS

  1. Run our bluestack android emulator
  2. Click Play Store and search ES File Explorer and we have to install it.
  3. Open ES File Explorer and we will see icon below with text Windows like picture below.
  4. I assume that you have select windows, you will find sdcard folder and you have to select it.
  5. What happen with sdcard? In this folder we will find Windows folder, what’s the function of this folder? Let’s we select it first.
  6. After select Windows folder, we will find folder like BstShare, Documents, Input Maker, and Pictures. I put file .apk in Document folder and we will find it in this folder.
  7. Install it like you install in android if we use application without download from playstore.
  8. Finish.

Like I said before, it is easy and simple way to import file to our bluestack like apllication .apk, photo, video, etc.
